Coaching
All our candidates attend the Michael Strickland Group Sandler based training program as a requirement of our placement process.
The candidates are then enrolled in the Michael Strickland Group Presidents Club. This is another tool of ongoing education to ensure sales success. This is a six month program. The subjects are always topical and deal with current sales trends, thus fortifying the candidates initial training.
Individual coaching is available to the candidate as requested. This coaching can be scheduled at the candidates request and as his schedule allows. The coaching sessions can be used for consultation on a sales account issue or a part of the continuing education process while employed by our customer.
