Once a candidate has successfully completed the initial interview process, testing and Boot Camp training, they are placed with a customer.

There is a six-month period of support and continuing education with our President's Club. The President's club is a Michael Strickland Group/Sandler Training program that provides a proven training method that leads to sales success. The Sandler training also provides a continuing education and coaching program. The program has proven an effective tool for the entry level sales candidate as well as the seasoned sales professional. The topics of discussion are based on improving sales skills and management. These classes involve topical subjects and extensive roll play technique. At the end of this six-month period the customer has the option of continuing his sales education at their own expense.

As with all Michael Strickland Group customers and candidates, we make ourselves available for consultation and support as needed.
